Tabung Udhiyyah Berhad (Company No. 607431-V) was established on February 26, 2011 and registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. The company is active in corporate savings in the form of sacrifice.
Tabung Udhiyyah Berhad is a 100% bumiputra companies involved in financial activities. Tabung Udhiyyah Berhad intends to diversify our business by offering halal slaughter because they realize the potential in this growing field. So far only the freshest local meat production meets only 40% of the demand for meat and the remaining requirements of the National meats imported from outside the country such as India, New Zealand and Australia.
At the beginning of the establishment Tabung Udhiyyah Berhad capital is RM100 000 and started with 8 employees. Only a small barn with 20 cows and 20 goats from the Sabak Bernam, now with two large pens Tabung Udhiyyah Berhad can accommodate 2000 head of cattle and goats at a time.
Founder of this company is Dato Sri Nur Faizah Chumati. She was educated in religious schools around Klang and she has continued studies in the field of Shari'ah at the University of Malaya. Have to gain work experience at the Bank for 5 years and was inspired to establish Tabung Udhiyyah Berhad to facilitate Muslims to worship the sacrifice, and expand the field of Islamic finance in Malaysia.
